Charles and Nico, thank you both so much for your encouraging responses. Very kind of you. I believe the expression of this writing was supposed to be that of giving you the surrounding and therefore helping the reader to understand why it is she is struggling and her determination to get past this approaching storm of life, and any for that matter. I'm very glad to see that the message is conveyed in a manner that one can be there and feel what it is she is feeling. Thank you, again! <

A wide range of emotions are in this writing. Your words demand a visceral response. I feel the heroine stuggling. The yearning to move onward. Determination and the grit to face whatever is coming. Too many people prefer to lay down in the slough of despond and perish. It's easy to just give up, or worse, to take the easy way around. Reading this gives me a glimmer of your character. Excellent.

When reading this writing, I am painted a picture. A man (whom evidently represents myself) stands on a hill facing a rolling valley over which a storm is looming. The storm comes with an obvious power and an evident purpose. The man can be anyone, I assume, as your writing, Chay, paints me a picture of you standing in front of this storm as well. We all have these storms at some point in life. I like your representation of life's situations with this written "painting". Very well done.
